No. Simply search for your child's school, find the correct grade, and click Download. No login, no email, no password required.
Not all schools are registered yet. If your school is missing, please ask the school's principal or admin to contact us at info@cornkamwipt.com to get listed for free.
Application Hub covers all 14 Namibia regions: Erongo, Hardap, //Karas, Kavango East, Kavango West, Khomas, Kunene, Ohangwena, Omaheke, Omusati, Oshana, Oshikoto, Otjozondjupa, and Zambezi.
Any smartphone with a browser and internet connection. This includes basic Android phones running Chrome. You do not need to install any app.
Some schools set a download limit so they know how many applications to expect. If a form has reached its limit, please contact the school directly. The school admin can reset the limit.
Yes. You can download as many forms from as many schools as you need, all in the same session.
For Schools
Contact us at info@cornkamwipt.com and we will create your school profile at no cost. You will receive login credentials to manage your forms.
You control your own forms. You log in to the admin panel, upload PDFs, set grade filters, and update forms whenever needed. Our team provides support.
The basic listing and form hosting service is free for all public schools. Private schools and extended features are available on a subscription basis.
Yes. When uploading a form, you can set a maximum number of downloads (e.g. 200 for 200 application slots). The system automatically prevents additional downloads once the limit is reached and alerts you.
Parents find your school in the search portal and download the form directly as a PDF or Word document. No printing, no physical distribution required.
Yes. The portal supports both PDF and Word document formats.
Technical & Security
Yes. All data is stored on servers within Namibia. No personal data is collected from parents — we only log the download event (not the identity of who downloaded).
No. You need an internet connection to search and download. However, once downloaded, the form PDF is saved on your device and can be opened offline.
Any modern browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. The portal is optimised for mobile Chrome on Android, which is the most common browser in Namibia.
