1. Full participation in the school's curriculum is essential.
2. I/We will abide by the School policies and rules and will ensure that my/our child too will abide by the rules.
3. In the event of my/our child needing medical attention, I/We consent to the school staff seeking emergency medical treatment for my/our child.
4. I/We understand that the school may take photographs or videos of my/our child for promotional purposes.
5. I/We accept that I/We are liable for all fees and costs incurred.
6. I/We acknowledge that I/We have read and understood the information provided on the registration form.
7. I/We will be liable for all legal costs.

I,accept the responsibility for all the financial obligations and understand that failure to pay by the end of every month will automatically result in being handed over to debt collectors/lawyers. I also accept that no funds will be refunded to me on school fees paid upfront if I fail to give one month's notice should I decide to take my child to another school.
